Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped on business days only; Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
For in-stock items, you should expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days after your order has been placed and payment cleared.
Expected shipping times indicate when an item is expected to leave our store, not when an item will arrive at its destination.
Shipping rates provided at check-out depend on the carrier and level of service requested.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and cleared in full.
Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification will be sent to you which will include a tracking number if one is available (based on the level of service chosen)
National – we will ship to most areas Canada-wide and shipping rates will be determined by the carrier based on your countries distance from British Columbia, Canada.
Shipping methods and costs
Shipping rates are provided at checkout and are determined by carrier and level of service requested. Giggles & Bows does not determine shipping rates. Any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders over $50 cad will be applicable for free shipping.
Shipping - item availability
Giggles & Bows cannot hold items without a completed purchase
On the rare occasion, when we are unable to fill an order, we will let you know by email or phone. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued on your credit card.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you wish to exchange an item, please contact Giggles & Bows before doing so in order to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly labeled on the package in order for Giggles & Bows to accept the return.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, a copy of which should be included with the shipment.
Please note that we are not able to fulfill refunds at this time, and that all returns will be for exchange or store credit only. Thank you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. We will send the new item, or provide you with a store credit card, once the original item has been received back at our location and inspection has been completed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
